Consumer Fireworks Shipping
Class “Fireworks 1.4G” have been approved by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) for consumer use. No paperwork is needed to process your order. BUT, each state has different laws on which devices are considered consumer grade. Please check you local county and state laws before purchasing.
Due to complexity of state laws, shipping is excluded for various states. To find out information about state firework laws, please visit the American Pyrotechnics Associations Website.

Orders will be processed quickly once we receive ALL correctly completed paper work (shown on the product pages) by email, mail, or fax. We CAN NOT ship your order until the documents are received by our shipping office. If the paper work is received by Tannerite® Explosives after 3:30pm pacific time; your order will be processed the following business day.
Shipments cannot be addressed to P.O. Boxes due to the hazardous material designation. Also, products ordered from Tannerite® Explosives can only be shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS Ground; there are no expedited shipping options for these products. Shipments go out on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products MUST BE in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
